Qualifications

• 5+ years in Amazon Advertising, retail media, or performance marketing.
• At least 2+ years leading teams.
• Proven success managing large ad budgets.

Responsibilities

• Own Strategy & Growth for Amazon Advertising across Sponsored Products, Brands, Display, and DSP.
• Drive strategies to expand market share, ROAS, and brand equity.
• Forecast and manage large ad budgets with profitability targets (ACOS, ROAS, TACOS).
• Lead by example and mentor a team of advertising specialists.
