Job summary

Teach For America Ohio is seeking a Senior Managing Director, Alumni Strategy & Impact to set the vision for mobilizing 1,300 alumni across Ohio. You will collaborate with national and regional teams to drive systems change, enhance alumni engagement, and accelerate careers in education leadership.

You will manage a team, steward the alumni budget, and build inclusive networks across four placement communities.

Qualifications

10+ years of professional experience in adult leadership development, education, program design, career coaching, or talent strategy.
Excellent strategic planning, project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strong relationship builder who can influence leaders at various career stages.
Experience building cross-sector partnerships and managing external relationships.
Deep knowledge of the Ohio education ecosystem and TFA alumni network.
Ability travel within the state of Ohio on a frequent basis.

Responsibilities

Set the vision and direction for alumni leadership and impact across the state.
Develop and lead strategies for alumni engagement, leadership, and career acceleration.
Collaborate with national Career Center and Ohio team to ensure cohesive alumni experience.
Grow relationships with alumni in senior school and public office roles.
Position TFA Ohio as a primary talent pipeline for school leadership and advocacy.
