Responsibilities include collaborating within the team, processing investor data, and delivering end-to-end reporting during fund launches and peak cycles, while engaging with funds, investors, and internal groups to mitigate risk and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1-2 years of industry experience in Alternative Fund Administration or financial operations.
• Extended hours during fund launches and peak cycles (month-end, year-end, tax season).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within a team to manage daily workload.
• Process investor data quickly and accurately.
• Produce and review fund and investor reporting (monthly/quarterly statements, contract notes, cash receipts, order acknowledgements, regulatory reports).
• Complete ad-hoc and system-generated reporting for funds, channels, and Fidelity groups.
• Partner with funds, investors, internal stakeholders to ensure end-to-end processes.
• Engage in IR team projects including fund launches and onboarding, system testing.
• Identify and mitigate risk and improve operational efficiency.
