Fidelity Investments Inc. is seeking a Senior Representative for Alternative Investments – Follow Up/Out of Standard.

The role focuses on coordinating with Sponsors and Transfer Agents to confirm acknowledgments on transactions 20 days or older and to mitigate risk for Fidelity clients. You will research pending items across trades, ACAT/Non-ACAT Receipts, and internal transfers, while educating delinquent sponsors and supporting reconciliation files.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Prior experience with alternative investments process experience is preferred.
• Detail oriented, ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
• Ability to process customer data quickly and accurately.
• Team player with capability to help maintain a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with Sponsors and Transfer Agents for acknowledgments and confirmations of pending transactions that are 20 days or older.
• Research pending transactions and resolve issues in trades, ACAT/Non-ACAT, Internal Transfers, and Conversions.
• Outreach and education to delinquent sponsors regarding reporting such as reconciliation files and auditor opinion letters.
