Job summary

Fidelity Investments Inc. seeks an experienced financial reporting professional to join our Shareholder Reporting team.

You will prepare and audit financial statements for alternative investment products, including BDCs, REITs and related structures, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. You'll collaborate across groups to improve systems, automate processes, and deliver timely, high-quality reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree expected.
• 3+ years of financial services experience with an asset manager, audit firm or custodian bank, preferably in accounting operations or administration for alt investment products.
• Accounting and operational knowledge for alternative asset classes (e.g., commodities, real estate, private debt, private equity, distressed securities, derivatives, cryptocurrencies).
• Experience preparing financial statements and related content for 10-K and 10-Q filings for products structured as BDCs, ETPs or REITs.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with all levels of staff and business partners to recommend changes to systems, processes, responsibilities, reporting, etc.
• Strong computer and application skills, including Microsoft Office applications
• Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)

Responsibilities

• Prepare production of financial reports to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Audit and prepare financial statements for alternative investment products (BDCs, ETPs, REITs).
• Collaborate across groups to implement system/process improvements and automation.
• Represent the business to customers and partners in financial reporting discussions.
