• Ability to process customer data quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with Sponsors and Transfer Agents to obtain acknowledgements and confirmations of pending transactions that are 20 days or older.
• Research pending transactions and resolve complex issues in a timely manner, including ACAT/Non-ACAT, Internal Transfers and Conversions.
