U.S. Bank seeks a senior leader to supervise a team delivering accounting, administration and investor servicing for investment clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, assess evolving business needs, and guide risk mitigation and process improvements.

You will review financial data for audits and tax, set up accounting principles for complex investments, and oversee complex fee calculations and reconciliations. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10 or more years of experience in alternative investments industry.

Aufgaben

• Supervises a team of administrators responsible for accounting, administration and investor servicing to investment companies and advisers.
• Acts as escalation point for clients, directing issue resolution and process changes.
• Identifies risk-related issues through data review and implements mitigating solutions.
• Reviews accounting and financial statement information for audits and tax reviews; sets up accounting principles for unusual investment types; handles complex expense and incentive fee calculations and reconciliations.
