Job summary

AgWest Farm Credit seeks an ALM Treasury Analyst II or Senior ALM Treasury Analyst III to join our Treasury team in Boise, Idaho. The role focuses on interest rate risk modeling using QRM ALM software, data preparation, model calibration, and reporting for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of experience, incl. at least two years in ALM modeling.
• Experience with interest rate risk modeling and QRM or similar tools.
• Proficient with Excel, Power BI, and other MS Office products.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain high‑performance analytical tools for interest rate risk using QRM ALM.
• Lead the ALM production cycle: data prep, model calibration, scenario setup, validation, reporting.
• Drive QRM projects, automation, documentation, and governance with stakeholders.
