Job summary

SECU is seeking a Senior Analyst, ALM & Treasury to support analysis, modeling, and reporting related to interest rate risk, liquidity risk, capital planning, and CECL oversight. You will prepare recurring analyses, verify results, and communicate insights to ALM management and stakeholders.

The role requires 3–5+ years in treasury or ALM, strong Excel skills, and experience with ALM tools (QRM, Empyrean). A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field is required, with advanced degrees or

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of progressive experience in Treasury or ALM at a bank or credit union treasury.
• Experience producing or supporting interest rate risk, liquidity risk, capital planning, forecasting, or balance sheet reporting is preferred.
• Strong understanding of balance sheet dynamics, fixed income concepts, funding strategies, deposit behavior, loan prepayment behavior, and macroeconomic drivers.

Responsibilities

• ALM Modeling and Analysis: Run NII sensitivity and NEV simulations and summarize changes.
• Update behavioral assumptions including deposit decay, surge deposits, and prepayment speeds.
• Prepare liquidity stress testing, cash-flow analysis, and contingency funding reports.
