AgWest Farm Credit seeks an ALM Treasury Analyst II/Senior ALM Treasury Analyst III to join our Treasury department. The role focuses on interest rate risk modeling using QRM and related tools, with leadership in analytics, reporting, and governance across multiple West-region locations.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years of ALM experience, proficiency in Excel/Power BI, and advanced knowledge of finance principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, accounting, finance, economics, MIS, or related field.
• Generally 5–7 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in ALM modeling.
• Experience with interest rate risk modeling and QRM or similar software.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Power BI, Fabric, and Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain high-performance analytical tools for interest rate risk.
• Lead ALM production cycle: data prep, model calibration, scenario setup, validation, and reporting.
• Drive QRM projects: configuration, automation, reports, and governance.
• Develop and improve analytical models, dashboards, and data processes.
• Translate QRM outputs into concise analysis and senior leadership recommendations.
• Collaborate with Treasury leadership on funding, hedging, liquidity, and balance sheet strategies.
• Support model governance with documentation, testing, and regulator coordination.
• Improve data quality and reporting efficiency with IS teams.
• Adhere to company policies and internal controls.
• Other duties as assigned.
