Job summary

Celestar Corporation is seeking a Senior Intelligence Team Lead – MARC to support the DIA at multiple NCR sites. You will lead contractor personnel and provide senior-level all-source intelligence analysis for the Middle East and Africa regions, coordinating with the Task Order Program Manager on technical efforts.

The role requires a Master’s degree with 12+ years or a Bachelor's with 17+ years of relevant experience, and an Active TS/SCI with Poly.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, OR
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 17 years of relevant experience.
• The Government may accept relevant experience performing substantially similar duties in lieu of the minimum educational degree requirement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the management and technical lead for contractor personnel supporting the Middle East and Africa Regional Center (MARC).
• Provide senior-level expertise supporting strategic all-source intelligence analysis, political/military analysis, military capabilities, and analytic-enabling support for the Middle East and Africa regions.
• Complete complicated or complex tasks independently within the assigned IIC/Office mission area.
• Lead or direct the work of contractor personnel assigned to the IIC/Office.
• Coordinate with the overall Task Order Program Manager on technical efforts and task order performance.

ANTICIPATED AWARD: February/March 2027

ANTICIPATED START: March 18, 2027

PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 1 Base Year + 4 Option Years

LOCATION: National Capital Region (NCR). Primary sites include JBAB, Washington, DC; Quantico and Reston, VA; and Rivanna Station, Charlottesville, VA.

Salary Range: $130,000–$200,000 annually

Actual compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, certifications, security clearance, and contract funding. This position is contingent upon contract award.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Active TS/SCI with Poly (adjudicated within the last 5 years)
