Celestar, a B&A Company, seeks a Senior Intelligence Team Lead for the ATTC to support the DIA in the NCR and regional sites. The role leads contractor personnel across the Americas and Transregional Threat Center, delivering senior-level all-source and political/military analysis to inform decision makers.

Requirements include a Master’s degree with 12+ years or a Bachelor’s with 17+ years of relevant experience, plus an active TS/SCI with Poly.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with at least 12 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s with 17 years.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with poly required; adjudicated within last 5 years.
• Government may accept substantial similar experience in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the management and technical lead for contractor personnel supporting the ATTC.
• Provide senior-level all-source, regional strategic analysis and threat assessment.
• Complete complex tasks independently within the IIC/Office mission area.
• Lead or direct the work of contractor personnel assigned to the IIC/Office.
• Coordinate with the Task Order Program Manager on technical efforts and performance.

ANTICIPATED AWARD: February/March 2027

ANTICIPATED START: March 18, 2027

PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 1 Base Year + 4 Option Years

LOCATION: National Capital Region (NCR). Primary sites include JBAB, Washington, DC; Quantico and Reston, VA; and Rivanna Station, Charlottesville, VA.

Salary Range: $130,000–$200,000 annually

Actual compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, certifications, security clearance, and contract funding. This position is contingent upon contract award.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Active TS/SCI with Poly (adjudicated within the last 5 years)

Required Education/Experience

• Master’s degree with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, OR
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 17 years of relevant experience.

The Government may, at its sole discretion, accept relevant experience performing substantially similar duties in lieu of the minimum educational degree requirement.
