Job summary
Celestar, a B&A Company, is seeking a Senior Geospatial Research Analyst to support SOUTHCOM J2 Research Analysis. You will lead geospatial analytics and all-source intelligence efforts, applying AI/ML concepts and ensuring data quality and stewardship.
The role requires collaboration with data providers to improve access and curate regional pages. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in a related field (Master's preferred) and possess an Active TS/SCI clearance, with strong Esri ArcGIS
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Geography, Geospatial Science, GIS, Remote Sensing, Environmental Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a closely related field; or 7+ years of minimal experience in these fields of study or supporting DoD geospatial and all-source analysis, research, and production.
- Master's degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Apply and lead geospatial analytics and all-source intelligence methodologies, and AI/ML data quality and stewardship.
- Develop data stewardship techniques and best practices.
- Collaborate with data providers to improve access and curate country and regional pages in EDA.
- Leverage peer knowledge to identify analytic trends and initiatives.
