Job summary

Allianz Life seeks a seasoned Business Configuration Manager for the ALIP platform within the Actuarial department. You will oversee design, development and implementation of admin system functionality for new products, rules, and UI screens, leading a team of business and technical staff to deliver scalable solutions.

You will guide stakeholders, drive continuous improvement, support Agile processes, and promote best practices across product and IT teams while leveraging AI tools to enhance

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience with ALIP or business configuration platforms implementing enterprise solutions.
• 5-7 years of experience leading and directing business or IT solution delivery.
• Four year degree in technical discipline, engineering, business, actuarial science, mathematics, physics, economics or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Proven communication and expectation management skills.
• Deep understanding of annuity and life insurance lifecycle from New Business to Post Issue.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and implementation of admin system functionality for new products and features.
• Define business rules, workflows, and UI screens for the ALIP platform.
• Provide leadership to a team of business and technical staff to solve complex problems.
• Drive continuous improvement to standards and processes for delivery quality and speed.
• Coach and develop talent within the team and communicate risks/outcomes to stakeholders.
• Support Agile frameworks and cross-organization collaboration on Allianz Life projects.
• Utilize AI tools and resources to enhance productivity.
