Job summary

Allianz Life seeks a seasoned business analyst to serve as primary liaison with key stakeholders and IT, delivering enhancements and products. You will elicit and document requirements, oversee UAT, and drive readiness plans while advocating SDLC/PDLC improvements. Advanced knowledge of multiple Allianz business lines is expected.

You will report to the Sr. Director of User Experience and Digital Solutions, bring 8+ years' experience in financial/insurance settings, and hold a bachelor's degree

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in financial and/or insurance industry including relevant technical and business experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring immigration sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Lead the building business cases outlining scope and identifying stakeholders; facilitates and documents As Is, To Be and Gaps Analysis of Business processes
• Elicit, analyze and document clear, concise and detailed business requirements and ensure technical requirements & design meet the business needs
• Leads, plans, coordinates, and executes User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate the solution delivered meets the business needs
• Leads and creates business readiness plans, including communication, training and production validation
• Utilization of artificial intelligence tools and resources (e.g. generative AI)
