Responsibilities
- Collaborates with developers to create, maintain, and enhance technical documentation for business systems and models.
- Consults with developers and testers to design testing strategies to mitigate risk and triage defects.
- Develops deep understanding of insurance and annuity product features across lines of business.
- Assists with training and development; peer reviewer of others' work.
- Participates in key initiatives and special projects; documents processes and systems.
- Uses AI tools and resources (e.g., generative AI) in documentation tasks.
