Job summary

Bay Alarm seeks an Experienced Alarm Installation Technician in Phoenix, AZ. The role installs complete security systems with minimal supervision, explains installation to customers, and handles system alterations and service as needed.

Responsibilities include coordinating installs, leading teams, training staff, and ensuring high-quality customer experience. Travel and on-call duties may apply.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of alarm installation experience required; 4+ years preferred.
• Must be able to program, install, troubleshoot and explain systems.
• Valid driver's license with clean record and pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Install and assist with wired burglar/alarm, CCTV, access control, and intercom systems.
• Coordinate installs with customers and contractors; lead installers on larger projects.
• Provide on-the-job training and pass required inspections.
• Maintain equipment, vehicles, and documentation; ensure timely completions.
• Deliver excellent customer service and a positive experience.
