Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install hard wired burglar alarm, CCTV, and access control systems.
• Assist in installation of more complex systems.
• Prepare installation equipment and documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service and a positive customer experience.
• Walk through system design with customer and adjust as needed.
• Complete installation to Bay Alarm standards and on time.
• Provide on-call support as part of rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Mentor and train new team members.
