Job summary

Luxoft in the United States is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to own the requirements for our Client's Aladdin Wealth implementation. You will partner with product owners, advisors, portfolio managers and Compliance to translate business needs into clear requirements and acceptance criteria.

You will map advisory journeys, proposal management, portfolio construction and suitability, define roles and approvals, and collaborate with the Technical Analyst to deliver data, interfaces and system

Qualifications

5+ years in business analysis or a comparable role in wealth management.
Hands-on Aladdin Wealth implementation experience at scale from the business side.
Experience eliciting requirements from product, proposition, advisor or portfolio-management stakeholders.
Strong grounding in advisory and discretionary wealth propositions.

Responsibilities

Elicit and document business needs for advisory and discretionary offerings on Aladdin Wealth.
Map end-to-end advisory journeys: onboarding, discovery and profiling, proposal, approval, execution handoff, monitoring and review.
Define business roles, handoffs, approval authorities and service expectations with the relevant owners.
Document and validate the required proposal lifecycle, including creation, versioning, approval, status changes and audit trail.
Document requirements for model portfolios, house views, recommendations and rebalancing.
Specify requirements for client profiling, suitability, portfolio risk alignment and thresholds.
Plan and run business UAT with advisors; own functional triage and sign-off.
