Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in investment management or capital markets.
• Strong hands-on experience with BlackRock Aladdin, including front office workflows.
• Solid understanding of the investment lifecycle and front office business processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2/3 production support for Aladdin and related front office applications.
• Investigate and resolve production issues impacting portfolio management, order management, trade execution, trade booking, and confirmations.
• Perform root cause analysis, coordinate with BlackRock, technology and business teams, and drive issues to resolution.
• Develop and execute SQL queries for troubleshooting, data validation, and analysis.
• Build automation scripts, preferably using Python, to improve operational efficiency and monitoring.
• Participate in production releases, change management activities, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
• Support a global operating model with collaboration across regional teams and incident management.
