Job summary

EY seeks a delivery lead with strong Aladdin experience to design, implement, and support investment management solutions. You will partner with technology and business teams to ensure robust, scalable Aladdin deployments that align with EY’s strategic vision.

You will manage end-to-end projects, supervise analysts, and drive governance and reporting across front, middle, and back office functions. The role offers a hybrid work model and a path to shape a growing investment platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or MS preferred.
• 1+ year in financial services or advising financial services clients.
• Experience in Hedge Fund/Wealth/Asset Management or as a management consultant.
• 1-2+ years of hands-on Aladdin experience.
• Experience leading and supporting Aladdin implementations.

Responsibilities

• Define overall project plan and lead multiple Aladdin implementations end-to-end.
• Lead migration activities including environment readiness and data migration.
• Define Aladdin/Aladdin Data Cloud implementation roadmap.
• Drive platform configuration, compliance rule setup and integration points.
• Coach junior analysts and lead cross-functional communication across teams.
