Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience supporting front office investment management applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with BlackRock Aladdin and front office workflows.
• Solid understanding of the asset management trade lifecycle and front office processes.
• Proficient in SQL for data validation and troubleshooting.
• Experience building automation scripts (Python) for operations.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills interacting with business and tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2/3 production support for Aladdin and related front office apps.
• Investigate and resolve production issues in portfolio management, OMS, trades.
• Perform root cause analysis and coordinate with teams to resolve issues.
• Develop and execute SQL queries for troubleshooting and data validation.
• Build Python automation scripts to improve ops efficiency and monitoring.
• Support global operations with cross-regional collaboration and incident management.
