Talenzaa is seeking an AJO Sr. Developer (Adobe Journey Optimizer) for a fully remote role with a base location in Chicago, IL. The candidate will implement and optimize Adobe Journey Optimizer journeys, integrate AEP data, and drive end-to-end marketing automation initiatives.

Requires 4+ years in Adobe Marketing Cloud, AJO, and data activation, plus experience with AEM, Campaign, Analytics and Target to deliver omni-channel experiences.

Qualifications

• 4+ years developing marketing automation and AJO solutions.
• Expertise with Adobe Marketing Cloud and journey optimizer capabilities.
• Experience in data activation, ingestion, and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure and rollout AJO journeys and campaigns.
• Integrate AEP with Target, Analytics, Campaigns and data sources.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot and optimize AEP/data workflows.
