Qualifications

• Experience: 10+ years in large buildings construction, airport projects preferred.
• Certifications: OSHA 10 preferred; ASME/NFPA/HVAC certs preferred.
• Knowledge: Mechanical systems incl. HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, fuel systems.
• Software: AutoCAD, BIM or inspection software proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, fuel, baggage handling).
• Verify installations comply with project specs, codes, and drawings.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and startup of airport mechanical systems.
• Maintain inspection records, test results, non-conformance reports, and reports.
• Coordinate with PMs, contractors, and design teams; attend progress meetings.
