Job summary

Ardurra Group, Inc. is seeking an MEP Inspector to join our team supporting ongoing airport projects in the DFW area.

You will perform field QA/QC inspections of MEP and HVAC systems, document findings, and coordinate with contractor QC personnel to ensure compliance with contract documents and applicable codes. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in construction inspection, experience with airport projects, and the ability to work in a dynamic, on-site environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's preferred in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 5+ years of construction inspection experience with MEP/HVAC focus.
Experience with airport/aviation construction is preferred.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specs, approved submittals, and other technical documents.

Responsibilities

Perform field inspections of MEP, HVAC, and related construction activities for compliance with contract documents and codes.
Monitor contractor activities to verify work aligns with project requirements.
Prepare detailed inspection reports, checklists, and progress photos.
Coordinate with Quality Control personnel and document NCRs and corrective actions.
Provide technical input to Project Management on field quality issues.
