Job summary

Parsons in Texas seeks a Senior Project Manager for Airport Infrastructure to lead complex capital projects from planning through closeout. You will guide the project team and coordinate with the Program Director and client to ensure quality execution.

The role requires extensive construction management experience on airport projects, strong communication, and the ability to manage safety, budget, and schedule across multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management; master’s preferred.
• Minimum ten years of management experience in complex airport infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan delivery of projects with guidance on construction delivery methods.
• Provide quality oversight of project staff across delivery methods.
• Coordinate safety and quality assurance staffing on projects.
• Facilitate project staffing to provide PM services per approved task orders.
• Review and approve contractor progress payments as needed.
• Monitor field coordination and inspection through resident engineers.
