Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Texas P.E. license required or ability to obtain within six months.
• A minimum of 10 years of aviation civil engineering or project management experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and execution of aviation infrastructure projects (runways, taxiways, aprons, hangars, utilities).
• Own project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and client satisfaction.
• Develop execution strategies and oversee budgets, staffing, schedules, and resources.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Represent the firm at client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
