Job summary

Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee multi-project execution at an international airport.

The role requires coordination of contractors, engineers, and architects while ensuring safety, cost controls, and schedule adherence. The ideal candidate brings eight or more years in construction management, with leadership experience supervising staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• Professional Engineer or Architect license preferred.
• Minimum 8 years as Construction Manager; 3+ years as Senior Construction Manager supervising staff (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manages the construction/project management of multiple, complex projects at an international airport.
• Monitors execution of construction project’s technical requirements.
• Resolves field issues and responds to RFI.
• Onsite liaison with contractor and oversight of progress of construction.
• Coordinates, directs, and monitors activities of contractors/subcontractors, engineers, architects, and related performing entities.
• Manages project controls, cost, schedule, performance activities, and procedures as required by the client.
• Conducts project meetings and provides meeting minutes and tracking of relevant information.
• Ensures adherence to safety, contractual requirements, and turnover to owner.
