Job summary

Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority (MNAA) is seeking a Project Manager/Construction Manager to lead a key airport capital project under the BNA New Horizon program. You will drive airfield design and construction execution, ensuring coordination with regulators and stakeholders.

10+ years of relevant experience in airport projects.
Airport experience is essential.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction technology or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Direct projects from design through construction.
Oversee design, bid evaluation, contract admin, scheduling, coordination, quality control.
Coordinate with MNAA divisions, regulators and stakeholders.
Develop cost estimates and cash flow projections.
Lead design/construction progress meetings.
Set records standards; ensure contractor compliance with MNAA quality.
Prepare records for reimbursements (federal/state).
Ensure compliance with equal opportunity laws.
Coordinate with outside agencies for timely completion.
Use Procore, MS Project, CADD and related tools.
Manage traffic/phasing plans, utility shutdowns and notices.
Analyze technical data and prepare reports.
Present updates in weekly and executive meetings.
