Job summary

MNAA is seeking a Project Manager/Construction Manager to lead a key airport project within the BNA New Horizon program. The role requires deep knowledge of airfield design, deicing, and environmental mitigation of waters of the US, with experience managing design and construction in active airport environments.

You will oversee engineering and architectural design, bid and contract processes, schedules, and field decisions, ensuring quality and budget adherence while coordinating with FAA, TSA,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in airport projects.
• Airport experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provides direction from design development through construction.
• Represents MNAA on projects, oversees design, bids, contracts, scheduling and field decisions.
• Coordinates with regulators and stakeholders (FAA, TSA, USACE, Metro Codes, etc.).
• Manages cost estimates, cash flow and estimates to completion.
• Prepares records for reimbursement and ensures regulatory compliance.
