Job summary

You will lead design, testing, and validation across cross-functional teams, applying CFD, thermal performance, and industry standards (UL, AHRI, ANSI, CSA, ASHRAE, DOE). The role offers a hybrid schedule with in-office Mon-Thu and flexibleFriday remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BA/BS).
• 5+ years leading design, validation, and root-cause analysis.
• Experience focusing on fans, motors, and air-movement systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and sustain unitary HVAC products with focus on airflow.
• Evaluate concepts and optimize subsystem performance using engineering fundamentals.
• Develop lab test plans and analyze data for product validation.
• Use CFD and structured problem solving for design evaluation and improvement.
• Collaborate across design, test, and cross-functional teams to meet standards.
