Job summary

RS&H is seeking a Senior Airfield Electrical Engineer to join our Aviation Practice in Las Vegas. You will lead design of airfield lighting, navigational aids, and communications systems, coordinating with a team of engineers to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate holds a BS in Electrical Engineering (ABET-accredited), has 10+ years of aviation electrical design experience, and is a registered PE.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
• Minimum 10 years of electrical engineering design and consulting experience in the aviation industry.
• Experience working with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Registered PE license.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of design drawings for airfield lighting systems, FAA navigational aid systems, and communication systems.
• Coordinate and work closely with other engineers to develop specifications, reports, and cost estimates.
• Lead, develop and deliver projects of varying sizes and complexity, initiate and maintain client contact.
