Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience performing aircraft structures production, maintenance, and/or training on military aircraft.
• Experience performing aircraft structural and mechanical work.
• Experience reading and interpreting Technical Data.

Responsibilities

• Act as an instructor/facilitator/technical performance coach.
• Conduct learning using various methods and techniques.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert to provide learning consultation.
