A leading aerospace company is seeking an Employee Development Specialist 3 in Auburn, WA, to contribute to workforce training and development programs. This on-site role involves applying instructional skills to enhance onboarding and skills training for new employees. The successful candidate will have a strong background in fabrication, assembly, and instructional techniques. The position offers a contract for one year with competitive pay rates ranging from $37 to $42 per hour, along with optional benefits including medical and 401K.

Formación

• Strong background in Fabrication, Assembly, Composites and/or Quality Systems.
• Strong background in training and instructional skills.

Responsabilidades

• Apply knowledge of instructional skills to support training programs.
• Convey information clearly and engagingly to audiences.
• Identify learning objectives and adapt curriculum.
• Recommend improvements based on performance issues.
• Schedule courses and instructors as needed.
• Coordinate training requests for new hires and transfers.
• Support off-shift training as necessary.
