• Strong background in training and instructional skills.

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of instructional skills to support training programs.
• Convey information clearly and engagingly to audiences.
• Identify learning objectives and adapt curriculum.
• Recommend improvements based on performance issues.
• Schedule courses and instructors as needed.
• Coordinate training requests for new hires and transfers.
• Support off-shift training as necessary.
