A leading aerospace company in Everett, WA is seeking an Employee Development Specialist 3 for a 6-month contract position. The role involves analyzing learning requirements, delivering content, and coaching individuals to enhance performance in specialized aerospace skills. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing operations and/or manufacturing support.
• Experience in coaching, instructing or as an employee development specialist.
• Experience designing and employing curriculum.
• Detailed work instructions and reading blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Conduct learning requirements analysis and establish learning objectives.
• Deliver content and assess effectiveness based on learning objectives.
• Conduct coaching sessions to improve performance.
• Facilitate learning events by teaching and coaching.
• Understand regulations and ensure compliance with standards.
