Job Title - Employee Development Specialist

Location - Everett WA and Renton WA

Duration - 12 months (possibility of extension)

We are looking for an experienced Aerospace professional with a strong background in aircraft maintenance and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience as a Senior Aircraft Maintenance Technician and prior experience in training and mentoring employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training on aircraft maintenance, systems, and troubleshooting
• Train and mentor new hires and junior technicians
• Conduct classroom and on-the-job training sessions
• Assess trainee performance and improve learning outcomes
• Ensure all training follows safety and regulatory standards

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Aerospace / Aircraft Maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting experience in aircraft systems (Electrical, Mechanical, Structural, or Avionics)
• Prior experience in training employees / conducting training sessions is mandatory
• Good communication and presentation skills

Preferred
