Job summary

Yulista Solutions LLC in Houston, TX is seeking a Plans and Scheduler to track scheduled maintenance and configuration items for NASA/DoD aircraft programs.

The role requires strong skills in PM software, NAMIS and Microsoft Project, with the ability to develop phase/major inspection flow plans and maintain accurate project schedules. You will coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure on-time execution.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent PM experience.
• 5 years aircraft maintenance operations experience with fixed wing commercial, Government or DOD aircraft.
• Experience supporting a NASA/DoD contract.
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the central PS&D authority supporting maintenance control planning and scheduling.
• Uses NAMIS to track and document maintenance actions for NASA-assigned aircraft.
• Develops maintenance schedules using Microsoft Project and Milestone Pro.
• Communicates with multiple disciplines to provide up-to-date schedule information.
• Develops phase/major inspection flow plans for scheduled maintenance and modifications.
• Plans monthly and long-range maintenance for flight line and back shop support.
• Chairs pre-dock/de-dock meetings for NASA JSC aircraft before inspections.
• Prepares monthly maintenance plan detailing scheduled maintenance on aircraft, engines, SE, and CADS.
