Yulista Solutions LLC is seeking a Plans and Scheduler to track scheduled maintenance and configurations for aircraft and engineering projects in support of NASA and DoD contracts. The role requires using NAMIS, Microsoft Project, and Excel to maintain accurate schedules and documentation.

The incumbent will develop phase/major inspection flow plans, create monthly maintenance plans, and lead pre-dock meetings, coordinating with multiple disciplines to ensure timely execution and compliance with

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn new software.

Responsabilités

• Track scheduled maintenance and configurations for maintenance/engineering projects.
• Use NAMIS to record maintenance actions for NASA aircraft.
• Develop monthly maintenance and long-range schedules for flight line and back shop.
• Chair pre-dock/dedock meetings for NASA JSC aircraft.
• Communicate schedule status across multiple work disciplines.
