• Oversees maintenance, repair, and overhaul to ensure airworthiness
• Ensures customer maintenance requirements are met
• Schedules maintenance and inspections and releases aircraft for flight
• Recommends changes to improve maintainability and inspections
• Consults manuals and determines feasibility of repairs
• Coordinates with customers and stakeholders on milestones and constraints
• Develops and reports status of contracted work to program leadership
