Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of aircraft maintenance experience or Master’s with 5+ years.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and to support training at alternate locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the aircraft maintenance team, including managers, mechanics, and technicians.
• Oversee servicing, repair, and overhaul of aircraft and engines to ensure airworthiness and safety for flight.
• Schedule maintenance and inspections; release aircraft for flight; implement process improvements.
• Coordinate with customers and support agencies on constraints and risks affecting milestones.
• Develop, track, and report status of contracted work to program leadership; establish milestones and resource allocation.
• Act as Facilities Lead and Site Manager and support leadership on staffing and performance goals.
