Job summary

PAE Government Services Inc. seeks an Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor to manage maintenance on UH-60/LUH-72 aircraft and supervise day-to-day tasks on aircraft systems, support equipment, and tools.

You will schedule work, ensure safety, review modifications, and guide staff on technical orders and hazardous materials. Candidates should have extensive aviation maintenance and supervisory experience, including Army aviation background, and be able to coordinate with customers and leadership as

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years of aviation maintenance experience.
• Five years of supervisory experience.
• Three years of US Army Aviation maintenance experience.
• Two years of US Army aviation maintenance supervisory experience.
• Must be able to read and interpret maintenance manuals and bulletins.
• Able to plan and direct maintenance work and schedule staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day maintenance tasks on aircraft, equipment, and tools.
• Ensure work is scheduled and performed safely and efficiently.
• Review work orders for modifications or upgrades.
• Provide guidance on technical orders, checklists, and hazardous materials.
• Maintain maintenance schedules and monitor parts inventories.
• Coordinate training on equipment per OSHA requirements.
• Interact with Customers and Senior Leadership as needed.
