Job summary

Continental Aerospace Technologies in Fairhope, AL, is seeking an experienced maintenance supervisor to perform, assign, direct and inspect aircraft mechanic work for maintenance, repairs, inspections and engine installations. You will provide technical knowledge, ensure compliance with FAA regulations, review records, and mentor a team while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Requires FAA A&P license, associate degree or equivalent, and ability to coordinate with service and engineering

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• FAA Airframe and Powerplant license required.
• Two to four years related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals and FAA directives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engine installations and provide technical assistance to service and engineering departments.
• Perform system checks and ensure compliance with FAA regulations.
• Review maintenance activities for quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
• Perform annual inspections of aircraft.
• Read and interpret manufacturers' maintenance manuals and service bulletins.
