Job summary

V2X, Inc. is seeking an Aircraft Mechanic II (Electrician) Contractor to perform complex electrical maintenance on military aircraft. The role requires disassembly, repair, rewiring, and testing of electrical systems per blueprints and maintenance instructions.

You will travel to FRCSW sites nationwide and abroad, engaging in hands-on installation, testing, and verification to ensure reliability and performance of critical aircraft systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 10 years experience as Aircraft Electrician on Naval/Marine Corps aircraft.
• Experience with electrical systems, wiring, and related maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform Depot Level Maintenance on electrical/electronic components and wiring.
• Overhaul, repair, modify and test electrical system components and accessories.
• Install, troubleshoot, calibrate, and test complex electrical systems on military aircraft.
• Set up test positions using oscilloscopes, meters, and other test gear.
• Pass required FRCSW and ARA certification skills training and exam.
