Job summary

Cirrus is seeking a Production Technician in their Duluth, MN area to contribute to composite/assembly work on aircraft. You will learn to use hand tools and pneumatic fixtures to assemble parts, with emphasis on fit, alignment, and documenting build instructions.

The role requires willingness to learn multiple disciplines within assembly, strong teamwork, and adherence to design requirements. On-site position with comprehensive benefits and sign-on bonus included.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years related experience in manufacturing or aircraft/maintenance.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and use basic tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Install components for fit, clearance, and alignment per design.
• Inspect, build and install aircraft components.
• Follow engineering drawings and specs.
• Route wires, cables, and tubing.
• Torque hardware and fittings with appropriate tools.
• Maintain organized workstation.
