Job summary

Perimeter Solutions seeks an Engineering Program Manager – Airbases to lead engineering and construction across Airbases projects. You will coordinate resources, schedules, and vendors to deliver capital initiatives on time and within budget.

Reporting to Engineering Leadership, you will drive technical excellence, manage safety and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, Engineering Management, or related technical discipline.
• 8+ years of engineering, project management in ENG field, or program management experience.
• Experience managing complex engineering projects from concept through execution, and commissioning.
• Strong understanding of industrial engineering design, construction processes, and project execution.
• Excellent organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own engineering and construction activities for the Airbases portfolio.
• Lead planning, prioritization, coordination, and execution of projects and initiatives.
• Ensure deliverables meet technical, quality, schedule, and cost objectives.
• Oversee design, development, validation, and implementation activities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business priorities.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, risks, and performance metrics.
• Drive safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across programs.
