Job summary

ERM is seeking a Managing Consultant, Air Quality Compliance, Engineer or Scientist to lead complex air permitting and compliance programs for major industrial clients in the Denver area. You will apply regulatory knowledge, mentor teams, and drive business development while coordinating across ERM offices.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering or environmental science with 4+ years of air quality experience, travel readiness, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science or related field.
• 4+ years in air quality compliance, permitting, regulatory programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex air permitting and compliance programs under NSR, PSD, Title V and state regulations.
• Develop permitting strategies and engage regulators for reviews and approvals.
• Propose and lead business development efforts and build client relationships.
