Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for clients and their shipping needs.
• Provide proactive updates on shipment status and issues.
• Coordinate all transportation aspects including booking and schedules.
• Prepare shipping documents and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with carriers to negotiate rates and secure capacity.
• Monitor carrier performance and resolve issues.
• Ensure on-time delivery and cost optimization.
