Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with airlines, customs brokers, and trucking companies to ensure timely delivery.
• Track shipments and provide updates to customers as needed.
• Prepare and submit required customs documentation (invoices, bills of lading, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with applicable trade regulations and company policies.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver high-quality service.
