Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field.
• IATA or NCBFAA freight forwarding certifications may be preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field.
• Experience managing a team and working with clients is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for clients, understanding shipping needs.
• Provide updates on shipment status and delays.
• Coordinate transportation, including booking, pickups, and schedules.
• Ensure efficient routing to minimize costs and transit times.
• Prepare shipping documents and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Negotiate rates with carriers and secure capacity.
• Monitor carrier performance and resolve issues.
• Provide excellent customer service and timely issue resolution.
