Job summary

Accenture seeks an experienced Senior Manager, AIOps & Agentic Operations Advisory to guide large enterprises from reactive IT runs to automation-first delivery. You will translate hands-on run experiences into a compelling CIO-level business case and a practical transition plan with phased roadmaps and governance.

Travel 25–100% may be required. The role demands 8+ years in IT operations and leadership, plus 3+ years delivering AIOps programs, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in IT operations, infrastructure engineering, or technology consulting, with substantial time running enterprise operations at scale.
• Minimum 8+ years in a leadership role with accountability for operational performance or reliability in a complex environment.
• Minimum 3+ years designing and delivering AIOps, automation, or intelligent operations programs with measurable outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years total).

Responsibilities

• Design AIOps and agentic architectures grounded in real enterprise run experience.
• Frame the CIO-level vision and business case for automation-driven transformation.
• Build phased roadmaps, workstream structures, and operating model transitions.
• Assess automation opportunities to prioritize high-impact wins.
• Lead the operating model transition with governance for autonomous agents and human oversight.
• Support business development through client workshops and credible delivery plans.
